Spica Technology had a great week at WindEnergy Hamburg during the last week of September. Our team (Benny, Lars and Anders) were busy meeting new and potential customers along with our existing ones. The visitors had heard about our retrofit and would like to learn more. Besides the interest focused on retrofit, the visitors were interested to hear more about our product and software development – both for turbines and data collection.

The strong interest in our retrofit resulted in the signing of a new contract for 16 new retrofits right on the spot, at the exhibition. The contract was signed with a German customer, EnergieKontor AG, and includes an installation of 16 retrofits near by Leipzig in Germany. All 16 retrofits should be installed already by the end of this year, 2016. A project, we are looking forward to very much.

There are more contracts in the pipeline to work on. It was great to meet both the current and the new business contacts again. We’re already looking forward to meeting you all again.
