SILKEBORG, DENMARK | We are proud to announce the appointment of Rasmus Kunø Christensen as Spica Technology’s new Production Manager. Rasmus is no stranger to Spica Technology. Since joining us in January 2022 as an industrial electrician, he has consistently demonstrated his skills and dedication. Shortly after, he advanced to the role of team leader in production, where he successfully contributed to streamlining workflows and fostering team collaboration. Now, he takes the next step in his career as Production Manager — a natural progression that highlights his growth, mindset and ability to lead.

Driving excellence in production 

In his new role, Rasmus will oversee critical aspects of our production, including planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation across production lines, electronics manufacturing, and warehouse operations. By taking charge of these areas, he will ensure that our production processes remain efficient, reliable, and aligned with Spica’s growth strategy.

The appointment of Rasmus as Production Manager also represents a significant milestone for Spica Technology. With this step, we establish our first layer of middle management—a crucial move to reinforce our organizational structure and secure smoother, more effective daily operations.
