SILKEBORG, DENMARK | Spica Technology was nominated for “Most Innovative Apprenticeship Company 2025” (Årets Innovative Læreplads 2025).

An award that celebrates companies creating space for apprentices to make a difference.

The nomination came from our international sales apprentice, Camilla, who took initiative to lead our first ESG project and introduce several sustainability-focused ideas in the organisation.

We didn’t make it to the national final – but we’re proud to have received the local award from Aarhus Business College, and even more proud of the collaboration that made it possible.
